Andrew Barclay

Founder

Andrew is a proptech entrepreneur who previously co-founded digital estate agent Yopa which went on to receive backing from institutions such as Savills plc, LSL plc and DMGT plc. He is currently a shareholder and director of Kitt Technologies (t/a Kitt Offices) which has received backing from London based venture capital firm Hoxton Ventures.

Jamie Morrison MA (Hons) ATT CTA

Director

In addition to being a director of Dashwood Properties, Jamie is an equity partner and Head of Tax at HW Fisher LLP, a top 30 firm of Chartered Accountants, where he advises individuals and family offices regarding UK tax and structuring matters.

Luke Makari

Development Consultant

Luke oversees development projects for Dashwood through his role as senior project manager for Waltonwagner, contracted by Dashwood. Walton Wagner are RICS regulated development consultants whose experience in the industry is broad. Waltonwagner have developed offices both in London and internationally on behalf of large financial institutions, technology giants and a wide variety of the clients.

Investment Analyst

Mark is a qualified Chartered Surveyor and investment analyst for Dashwood. He has previously worked at Deloitte Real Estate before joining proptech firm Nested.
